What is your greatest strength as a coach?

– It’s my ability to create positivity and motivation for my students. I always listen carefully and am meticulous in designing training programs, while also bringing cheerful energy so that everyone finds working out enjoyable and fun. For me, what matters is not just the results, but that students feel every day of their transformation journey is worthwhile.

Which training session do you enjoy the most, and why?

– My favorite training session is Strength Training. Every time I lift a little more weight, I can clearly feel myself getting stronger and making progress. It’s a reminder that not only my body but also my mind is improving day by day.

What is the most common misconception people have about you?

– People often think Millie is just gentle and cheerful during training. In reality, alongside that approachable side, she is meticulous, serious, and deeply thoughtful in designing programs and guiding her students. Her gentleness is just the approach; underneath lies determination and strength to support students in achieving their results

What’s the silliest question you’ve ever been asked?

– The silliest question I’ve ever gotten is: ‘Coach, can I lose 5kg in just one session?’ I always just laugh and gently explain that real change takes time and patience—there are no magic shortcuts!
