– It’s my meticulousness and attention to every technical detail. I always ensure my students train correctly, safely, and effectively, because only by doing things right from the start can results be lasting
Which training session do you enjoy the most, and why?
– My favorite training session is legs and glutes, because that’s when students truly push their limits. Watching them engage their muscles, feel the effort, and improve their physique makes me feel proud and excited—the results are clear and long-lasting.
What is the most common misconception people have about you?
– People often think I’m unapproachable because I’m serious and meticulous in my teaching. In reality, I deeply care about my students and want to see them progress—it’s just that I express it through strictness and a focus on results.
What’s the silliest question you’ve ever been asked?
– The silliest question I’ve ever been asked is: ‘Coach, do I need to do all the exercises, or can I skip a few?’ I could only laugh, because only by performing every movement correctly and fully can real results be achieved.
