What is your greatest strength as a coach?
– It’s my meticulousness and commitment to closely supporting my students. I want to ensure that everyone trains with proper technique, stays safe, and feels accompanied throughout their transformation journey.
Which training session do you enjoy the most, and why?
– My favorite session is upper-body training combined with cardio. It not only helps students build strength in their shoulders, back, and arms, but also improves endurance and cardiovascular fitness—creating overall balance for the body.
What is the most common misconception people have about you?
– People often think I’m quiet and unapproachable, but in reality, I’m very caring. It’s just that during training, I stay focused and strict to help students achieve the best results.
What’s the silliest question you’ve ever been asked?
– The silliest question I’ve ever been asked is: ‘Coach, will lifting weights make my arms big like a man’s?’ I could only laugh when I heard it.
