What is your greatest strength as a coach?
– It’s my strictness and ability to motivate students. I always find ways to push them beyond their limits, helping them achieve results they never thought possible.
Which training session do you enjoy the most, and why?
– My favorite training sessions are the intense ones combined with high-intensity cardio. In those sessions, students not only build strength but also push their endurance – seeing them surpass their own limits is what I look forward to the most.
What is the most common misconception people have about you?
– People often think I’m strict or somewhat cold. In reality, I deeply care about my students; I just choose to show it through discipline and motivation to help them achieve the best results.
What’s the silliest question you’ve ever been asked?
– The silliest question I’ve ever been asked is: ‘Coach, if I train like this, will I lose weight fast? Do I need to diet?’ I could only laugh, because training and nutrition always go hand in hand to get real results.
